About Me: My name is Alisha Pean and my mission is to help individuals enter, grow, succeed in the workplace. I launched my career in People Development in 2012 with the House of Vanity Charm School. The Charm School focused on soft skills training for young women in the areas of dining etiquette, communication skills, and social graces. My experience as an Employment Specialist and HR certification gives me an edge in placing individuals in their ideal work culture doing what they love. When working with individuals, we complete a skill assessment, resume review, skills gap analysis, career mapping and more. I believe that having a clear, measurable blueprint to is the key to success in your career goals.
